RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our Guarantee
VetBrace offers a 45-day money-back guarantee on all 
purchases made at vetbrace.shop. If you don't see a 
difference for your dog, we'll make it right.

How to Request a Refund Under the Guarantee
Email us at info@vetbrace.shop within 45 days of delivery. 
Every request is reviewed individually by our team and 
confirmed by email, then finalized through our refund 
request form.

Please include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Email address used at purchase
- Brief description of your experience

We respond within 24 hours.

Do I Need to Send the Product Back?
In most cases, no. Because VetBrace is worn directly on 
your dog, we generally do not require a used brace to be 
returned to us as part of a guarantee claim. Once your 
request is reviewed by email, our team will confirm 
whether return shipping applies to your specific case.

Standard Returns (Unopened Items Only)
If you'd like to return or exchange an unopened, unused 
item — for example, if you ordered by mistake — we accept 
returns within 45 days of delivery, provided the product 
is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. 
Because VetBrace is a pet-worn product, we're unable to 
accept opened or used items as standard returns, for 
hygiene and safety reasons. Opened or used items are only 
eligible through the 45-day guarantee process above.

Damaged or Defective Products
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrived 
damaged or defective. Include photos or a short video of 
the issue. We'll send a replacement immediately.

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your 
original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your 
bank may take 1–3 additional days to post the credit.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 45 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Opened or used items submitted as a standard return 
  (outside the 45-day guarantee process)
